Educators and educational institutions can purchase the conaito FTP SDK for .NET at discounted prices. Developer or Site Wide Licensing Developer Licensing: We provide a 'Single License' to 'Single Developer' (individual). You are granted a license as a single developer (individual) to the particular licensed version of the conaito FTP SDK for .NET. Side Wide Licensing: For Side Wide licenses, you are granted a license as unlimited developer to all versions of the particular product released. The exclusive selling of the conaito FTP SDK for .NET without it being integrated into product/service is not permitted. Support and Maintenance The Support and Maintenance subscription provides you with eMail support for all of our products. In addition your subscription provides all new product releases and updates while your subscription is active. We provide with the conaito FTP SDK for .NET 1 year of support and maintenance. If your support and maintenance agreement has expired you can renew it by purchasing a "Subscription Renewal" within 30 days after expiration. Unlimited Redistribution/ Royalty Free License and other FeesYou are free to redistribute, as many conaito FTP SDK for .NET incorporated copies of your product or service. conaito Technologies provides royalty free licensing, you don't have to pay any fee or royalty to redistribute your products or services which incorporate conaito FTP SDK for .NET Components. We do not charge any yearly or monthly fee.
